RETURNS IN OUR PITBULL ONLINE SHOP

To make a return, please review the rules available in the Terms and Conditions and on the page below.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Please include proof of purchase or buyer information (such as your name, email address, or order number) and completed Return Form inside the return parcel to help us process your return efficiently.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.

Please ensure that proof of purchase or buyer information is included inside the parcel. Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements or cannot be identified may be delayed or refused.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged during delivery, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at bok@pitbull.pl. Please include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can assess your claim and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour, or item, you are welcome to place a new order at any time – you do not need to wait for your return to be processed.

Simply return your original purchase in accordance with our Return Policy. Once your returned item has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. We will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and credit the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at bok@pitbull.pl.
