Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched from our warehouse the same day. The tracking number is automatically sent by the carrier to the email address provided in the order. Delivery to the United Kingdom usually takes 5 to 7 business days. In exceptional cases, dispatch may be delayed by one business day.

If a product is unavailable, the order may be partially shipped or cancelled. You will be notified by email. The refund is processed automatically – to the account used for payment. If paid with a Gift Card, the amount will be returned to that card.
You can check availability by selecting the size and color. If the product cannot be added to the cart, it means it is sold out. Click the “notify me when available” button and enter your email address to receive a message when the item is back in stock.
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be modified.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of parcel dispatch, using the same payment method used at checkout. During busy periods, such as holidays, this may take up to 14 days. For more information, please see our Returns section.
The refund will be issued to the bank account provided in the return form.
For promotional items, the refunded amount will match the price shown on the purchase receipt.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions and can only be used once. Enter the code in the cart without spaces. Code not working? Check the expiration date. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.
Check whether the item/color is part of the current sale or promotion – not all products or colors are discounted. Discount codes cannot be applied to these items. For bundle promotions such as 2+1, you must add 3 products to the cart – one of them will be free.
The invoice/receipt is sent automatically to the email address provided during checkout. If the message does not appear in your inbox, we recommend checking other folders (Spam, Promotions, etc.). The sender of the message is invoice@pitbull.pl.
